Works at the Corporate office and conducts day-to-day administration of the Retirement Plans, to include the qualified and nonqualified plans. Provides customer service to team members, works with management, vendors, finance, payroll, data management, and legal to ensure administration of plans are carried out in accordance with DOL and ERISA regulations. Performs detailed analysis and conducts weekly, monthly and quarterly audits of plan data. Researches, validates and provides corrective actions related to plan enrollment and data integrity.

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of company qualified and nonqualified retirement programs.
The ideal applicant for this position would have strong intermediate experience with Excel, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of qualified retirement plans.
The applicant must be very detail-oriented as accuracy is a top requirement.
