    The Operations Coordinator reports directly to the Operations Manager in fulfilling daily administrative and lot support duties.

     

    Responsibilities

    1. Responsible for providing administrative support to the Operations Manager.
    2. Monitors fleet activity and the logging of driving hours by the drivers.
    3. Records and files related documentation.
    4. Checks reports on driving violations and handles any follow-ups jointly with management.
    5. Provides support to the department.
    6. Performs any other related tasks.

    Qualifications

    •  High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
    •  1-3 years general office experience.
    • Experience dealing with the Union and working in the transportation industry
    • Self-starter, sound judgment and analytical skills.
    • Sound command of standard office computer programs (Excel, Word, Power Point).
    •  Valid drivers’ license.
    •  Excellent organizational skills.
    •  Ability to interact professionally with internal and external customer on all levels and be able to work well with diverse groups.
    • Must be able to work flexible hours or shifts.
    • Must be able to work as a member of the team.
