    Transdev is the largest private sector operator of multiple modes of passenger transit in North America, providing bus, rail, paratransit, shuttle, sedan and taxi services. Our mission is to improve public transportation, to enhance quality of life and combat global warming. This position performs a variety of cash collection, counting, and reconciliation functions.

    Responsibilities

    • Reconciling drivers account
    • Dealing with customer service issues like credit card charges.
    • One on one sit down with drivers (counseling)
    • Billing airlines
    • Auditing
    • Record keeping
    • Provide professional and courteous customer service to all drivers
    • Document and report any and all issues with drivers
    • Collect and distribut funds to independent Contractors in regards to lease requests and payments
    • Monitor the parking lot for accurate levels of available vehicle inventory
    • Assign and distribute appropriate keys for the dispatching of all vehicles to drivers
    • Communicate between drivers and GM when needed

    Other duties as required.

    Qualifications

    Education, Licensing, and Certifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent, such as GED, required.

     

    Experience:

    • 1 to 3 years of experience with customer service preferably with handling money and/or clerical accounting experience

     

    Skills and Knowledge Required:

    • Ability to comprehend, interpret and apply general business procedures.
    • Good written and oral communication skills
    • Ability to work with, analyze and interpret basic computer information with various software applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

    Travel requirement (as a percent): <5% for occasional meetings

     

    Pre-Employment Requirements:

    • Must submit to a drug testing and background check

     

    Physical Requirements: 

    • Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
    • Must be able to pull and lift up to 50 lbs.; must be able to ascend stairs.
    • 100% of work is accomplished indoors and in air conditioned or well ventilated facilities.
    • Work is accomplished in an office or in a cubicle space equipped with a telephone and computer.
    • The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
