The Regional Recruiter will work remotely and ensure that staffing levels and needs are maintained for assigned locations throughout the Southwest region. You will assist managers within your assigned region to fill existing and future job openings through sourcing efforts, community networking, competitive talent shopping, referral networks, career fair participation, consultation with personnel agencies and contacts within the larger community. You will also partner with local the HR team and hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver qualified and diverse candidates to consider. Travel will be required on an as-needed basis to serve the needs of the assigned regions. This position reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition and is based remotely in the Los Angeles or Orange County area. Requires travel to multiple facilities and Corporate office for meetings and/or Company business.
