    The CSR (Customer Service Representative) will in a professional manner, meet and greet guests of SuperShuttle. Facilitate guest loading on vans/shuttle bus to their destination, while assisting as needed. Provide information of SuperShuttle and its service. Communicate with In/Outbound dispatcher and other co-workers to affirm efficient van/shuttle bus utilization. This a full-time position and the rate of pay is $12.50 per hour.



    • Meet and greet customers obtaining destination
    • Explain fare and promote round trip service
    • Accept payments only while inside booth and offer receipt
    • Group customers for efficient drop off (3 stops preferred 5 max)
    • Clearly direct passengers to their departing vehicle by # or curb location
    • Announce and minimize any wait times expected to customers
    • Instruct driver to stand outside of their vehicle while in the loading area in preparation of customer
    • Maintain a driver acknowledges dispatcher before departing
    • Balance register and voucher collections at the end of each shift
    • Maintain proper radio, phone and electronic device etiquette at all times
    • Keep the on duty Dispatcher and Supervisor informed of all unusual situations as they occur.
    • Monitor Airport guest activity, send vans to and from the airport circuit as needed.
    • Answer all customer and or operator/driver inquiries/problems in a quick and efficient manner. (i.e. “Where’s my Van?”; Passenger No-Show; Operator/Driver needs directions; etc…)
    • Use tools to find addresses, quote fares, and find zip codes. Have the ability to read a map, check flights, and make necessary changes as needed.
    • Must be able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
    • Other duties as assigned


    Education, Licensing, and Certifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent, such as GED, required

    Experience Preferred:

    • Up to 2 years of customer service or basic office experience preferred

    Skills and Knowledge Required:

    • Pleasant telephone voice/manner • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Strong listening skills
    • Ability to remain courteous with difficult or angry customers
    • Basic computer knowledge/PC experience
    • Some locations require bi-lingual skills. Travel requirement <5% of time for occasional meetings or training.

    Pre-Employment Requirements:

    • Must submit to drug testing and a background check • Must be able to pass Airport security clearance in order to obtain Airport badge

    Physical Requirements:

    • Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
    • 90% of work is accomplished indoors and in air conditioned or well ventilated facilities 
    • Work is accomplished at a workstation or in a cubicle space equipped with a telephone, headset, and computer. 
    • Work environments are generally noisy and the employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
    • 10% - May at times stand outside in extreme temperatures due to the desert climate (adverse weather conditions) in order to assist passengers.
