  • Overview

    The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for investigating and responding to customer complaints, inquiries and concerns.  

    Responsibilities

    • Investigate and provide timely responses to "Customer Assistance Form" with resolution
    • Enter responses into Trapeze COM system
    • View AVL playback, Trapeze PASS, Google Earth, TimeGate software
    • Maintain confidentiality 


    Other duties as required.

    Qualifications

    Education:

    • HS diploma or GED required 

    Experience preferred:

    • 1-3 years of customer service experience or supervisory experience in paratransit environment
    • Experience with Trapeze software

    Skills and Knowledge Preferred:

    • Knowledge of programs such as excel, word and power point is preferred.

    Pre-Employment Requirements:

    • Drug testing and background check Testing related to job requirements

    Physical Requirements:

    • 100 % of work is accomplished indoors and in air conditioned or well ventilated facilities
    • Work is accomplished in an office or in a cubicle space equipped with a telephone and computer
    • The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen
    • Must have basic computer skills and knowledge
