Our Director of Safety and Compliance has ownership of continual risk mitigation across our five (5) sites and our large on-road presence. He/She will be tasked with reviewing, improving and evolving all of our policies and training programs to ensure the business is a leader in the field of Safety and Risk. This position leads a team of seven (7) and will be responsible for all future hires within team.
