Overview: The Tempe, Arizona location of our National Customer Care Center Operations is seeking qualified candidates to fill our Email Correspondence Specialist positions. Work in a team environment and maintain a professional high-spirited attitude.
This position is currently located in Tempe, AZ and will be relocating to Scottsdale, AZ effective May 1, 2017.
The Email Correspondence Specialist is the subject matter expert on Email communication and support of ZTrip our mobile application. They are the key link between our company and customers with service feedback, refund requests, lost and found issues, and other sensitive concerns. Duties include:
