Directly supervises the mechanics and the Utility workers in the absence of the Utility Supervisor, monitors outside contract laborers; schedules the repairs and maintenance of a wide variety of light to Medium powered equipment; ensures an environment that meets safety and regulatory requirements.

Tracks and analyzes data for various reports
