The Project Manager & Performance Improvement Specialist will be responsible for planning, budgeting, overseeing, and documenting transformations and performance improvement initiatives as delegated by the General Manager. The Project Manager & Performance Improvement Specialist will report directly to the General Manager, and will be required to work collaboratively with TRAC management as well as the RIDE staff and service providers.
This is a call center operation for The Ride Access Center(TRAC).
