The North American PPP (P3) Financial Analyst/Pricing Lead will be responsible for providing a range of Pricing services related to P3 and other forms of competitive procurement throughout the U.S. and Canada with an initial emphasis in Canada. They will serve as Pricing strategist to enhance the competitive scope of current and future bids. The individual will support the development of business cases that evaluate procurement alternatives and provide knowledge transfer from prior project experience. During the bidding process, the individual will either direct or advise, and coordinate with other resources as required.




  • Financial modeling – Use existing and create new financial modeling as needed in the development and analysis of costing variables.
  • Sensitivity analysis – Use financial modeling to create analysis of factor sensitivity.
  • Indexing – To analyze the impact of different price indexes when projecting costs out for 30 years, including the impact upon NPV, Payback and IRR.
  • Reporting – To concisely organize and report financial analysis of scenarios advanced by the team supporting the development of final costing to be submitted on the project. This will involve multi-level reporting to the local Transdev team, the consortium, Transdev Canada and Transdev corporate as the project progresses.
  • Tax and Regulatory – Knowledge and understanding of the tax and regulatory parameters of doing business in Canada and Ontario specifically.
  • Passenger Rail – Knowledge and experience in passenger rail desired
  • Other duties as required.


Education, Licensing, and Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

Education Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting



  • This position requires 5 years’ or equivalent professional experience in Financial, Pricing and Bid modeling.

Experience preferred:

  • Knowledge and understanding of passenger rail operations and terminology is preferred but not required.

Travel requirement outside of immediate area - 20%
