  1. Responsible for entering driver and vehicle information in Trapeze
  2. Communicate effectively with Operation Control Center (OCC)
  3. Ensure drivers leave the yard timely
  4. Monitors and document the progress of roll-out
  5. Recommends safer methods, procedures and preventative measures
  6. Assist Dispatchers with schedules and communicate with drivers
  7. Assist with other duties assigned by Management


  • Must have a high school diploma or its equivalent
  • 3+ years operations/supervisory experience (Driver/Road Supervisor)
  • Experience working in a Union environment
  • Trapeze/data entry experience
  • Knowledge of state and local regulations/guidelines
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office (including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
