The Pasadena group is a major software technology division of Transdev on Demand. It has several development teams working on several products. These software teams include Mobile App team, Website team, Backend Team, QA team, Routing/Dispatching team in addition to products and projects teams. Transdev Transportation On Demand, Pasadena group is seeking a Senior C# Developer. This is a full time position. This position will report directly to the Director of Software Development. The qualified candidates will work with other developers and stack holders to successfully design, develop and deliver web applications, Backend applications and APIs using agile software development process.

In executing these responsibilities, the successful candidate will:

  • Work with other team members within the group to understand all functional requirements, user stories and flow process of different software products to implement different APIs, web services, window services, internet services and databases implementations.
  • Work with the backend group to understand the existing API's, web services and databases that will be accessed as part of the new development process.
  • Use best coding practices to develop/test these applications
  • Work with QA to automate testing and solve bugs before launching





  • Bachelor's degree in computer science (or equivalent background and experience) required
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience developing .NET backend applications, API's, services, windows services and web applications.
  • Strong experience in C#, .Net and Web API development 
  • Experience accessing MSSQL databases, using stored procedures
  • Experience with ORM especially using Entity Framework
  • Experience developing web services that can access several APIs and consume a number of REST/SOAP- based web services
  • Experience in using AWS services.
  • Experience in Unit Test, Load Test and performance test through the cloud
  • Experience with source controls preferably GIT
  • Knowledge and experience in using Design Patterns
  • Understanding of OOP principles
  • Understanding of Web Standards as related to enterprise level web sites


Nice to Have:

  • Understanding UML diagrams
  • Experience with software development methodologies especially SCRUM
  • Experience with documentation especially technical / design documents
  • Experience with MVC.
  • Experience with jQuery, AngularJS, bootstrap
  • Experience in Java Programming
