Overview

The Contract Administrator’s role is to ensure consistent management of all of Transdev’s commercial contracts and leases including development of specific standards, procedures and oversight of the contract and document management process and database; requires close collaboration with various departments.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as internal and external administrative point of contact on all of Transdev’s contractual matters.
  • Ensure timely review, approval, execution and tracking of all of Transdev’s contract related documents.
  • Maintain Transdev’s contractual records and documentation such as receipt and control of all contract correspondence, contractual changes, status reports and other documents; including monitoring transaction compliance (milestones, deliverables, invoicing, etc.).
  • Manage contract close-out, extension or renewal deadlines
  • Continuously update and maintain electronic contract database.
  • Develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration in compliance within company policy.
  • Work and collaborate with legal, business development, operations, procurement and finance departments.
  • Obtain DBE certifications.
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications

 

Education, Licensing, and Certifications:

Education:

  • HS Diploma Required
  • Paralegal certificate preferred. College preferred .

 

Experience:

  • Five years of relevant contract administration experience required.
  • Sharepoint Experience preferred.

 

Skills and Knowledge Required:

  • Strong MS Office and database management skills
  • Eperience with managing commercial contracts in legal environment
  • Highly organized  and efficient with excellent attention to detail
  • Astute problem solver with a strong ability to follow-up and respond quickly
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to read, understand, and interpret instructions, policies, and procedures

 

Travel requirement (as a percent): <5% for occasional meetings
