Overview of Position:

We are looking for someone who is ambitious and eager to start a career in the sales world. Candidate will be a productive, positive, and energetic member of SuperShuttle’s lead generation and development team. Candidates will operate in a high performance, high accountability culture to meet and exceed lead generation goals. This role will have personal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that will align with the overall obtainment of the Sales Development goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and qualify lead opportunities through cold calling and other outbound activities, resulting in high-quality lead generation

     

  • Research and understand multiple industry verticals and their respective companies to identify potential clients for SuperShuttle. Identify and apply use cases and value propositions as per SuperShuttle’s services in outreach activities.

  • Stay organized by tracking and Scheduling activity in SalesForce

  • Participate in a performance culture within the SDR team

  • Adhere to training and support provided by the SDR Manager to better understand the Sales Development role, Super Shuttle’s products (industry, market, proposition), and best practices for outbound prospecting
  • Consistently leverages Super Shuttle’s sales methodology to source, qualify and transition opportunities as quickly, efficiently, and independently as possible
  • Regularly attend call reviews and coaching sessions with SDR Manager
  • Be vigilant and dedicated to identifying and suggesting process improvements to drive efficiency and productivity
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications

Education, Licensing, and Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent professional experience

Experience:

  • 1+ years experience in an inside/outside sales and lead development environment or call center
  • Reaching out to current or prospective clients and business opportunity cultivation

Skills and Knowledge Required:

  • Familiarity with prospecting via cold calling, emailing, and social selling
  • Familiarity with using and implementing a sales methodology
  • Time management and excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com a plus
