This person shall rotate oversight of the evening shift with the Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Supervisor and shall perform repairs as needed, and shall be able to recommend disciplinary actions, as well as pull an employee from service for a disciplinary suspension or investigation.  A premium of $2.00 per hour over and above the employee's base wage shall be paid to this person.


  • Creating and altering work assignments
  • Evaluating performance
  • Conducting trainings/instruction
  • Developing concepts for Department improvements and efficiency
  • Maintaining quality control
  • Interact with Sonoma County Transit department as needed



Other duties as required.
