Seeking a Recruiter/HR Assistant to support the HR department as it manages employee life-cycles.  Pay is $16 per hour, non-negotiable.  This is an excellent opportunity for someone willing to learn and experience personal and professional growth!

Responsibilities

  • The Recruiter is responsible for full life cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing, and managing candidates through the hiring process.  
  • Responsible for filing, data entry, and tasks related to supporting a high-volume HR department.
  • Pro-actively understand hiring managers needs and provide high communication and follow up to candidates, internal colleagues and hiring managers.

Qualifications

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

  • This position requires an extremely perceptive person, who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels. As unique situations present themselves, the incumbent must be sensitive to Company needs, employee goodwill, and the public image.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferable or any combination of education and experience.
  • Recruiting experience needed
  • Experience with ATS systems and technical proficiency
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with other officials, employees, labor and the public.
